    why data-i.bin in gta4_complete_dvd3.iso doesn't exist??

    hi there sagar
    i am a gta fan like you
    i downloaded the game from a rip version link and it workd but i found out that the speech.rpf file was ripped from pc/audio/sfx folder. which means peds and niko dont talk. it sucks really

    please can you upload that file to a filehosting site like multiupload for me thank you.it willl also be helpfull for the people who download globe rips etc. please
